How long does shipping take?
We ship orders within 1 business day! For domestic orders, shipping usually takes 2-4 days, and you’ll get a tracking number as soon as your band is on its way.
Do you offer a warranty on your bands?
Yes, we do! All our bands come with a 180-day warranty. If anything goes wrong, just let us know, and we’ll take care of it!
What’s the return/exchange policy?
We offer a 60-day return policy. If your band hasn’t been used, just send it back to us within 60 days, and we’ll handle the rest!
