Any brand new watch band (unused, in the same condition that you received it in, and have its original packaging) can be returned for a refund* to the original form of payment within 30 days of delivery.
The band must be returned unused, undamaged, in the same condition as received, with all the links attached (in case links can be removed).
In case an exchange is processed, the 30 days policy for a refund remains the same and starts at the time of the delivery of the first band(s), not the exchanged one(s).
* Costs associated with returning the package to our facility will be handled by the customer. We recommend items are shipped with tracking information, as refunds cannot be processed if items are lost in transit. If requested, we can also send you a pre-paid label. $4.90 will then be deducted from your refund (For US Customers Only)
* In case a package is returned with insufficient postage, $7.50 will be deducted from the return to cover shipping & handling fees.
* Please be aware that refunds will be made to the original form of payment for the price originally paid for the product. If a discount coupon was applied to the original order, the refund will reflect that discounted price. If a product was purchased on sale, the refund will reflect that sale price. If a product has a different (higher or lower) price now, the refund will reflect the price originally paid (and not the current price). Shipping and handling costs will not be credited.
- The tracker indicates that the package has not been delivered.
We consider a package as "lost" when its status is "In transit" by USPS or UPS, with no movement during 3 weeks. After this period we'll send a new package.
- The tracker indicates that the package has been delivered
If the package is stated as "delivered" by USPS or UPS and you have not received it, we recommend to wait another 2-4 Business days. If after this period, it is still not received, then we may consider sending a new package. No refund is done when it's marked "delivered".
We also recommend you to check with your neighbors and people living with you if someone has not taken the package.
If a band (or multiple bands) is purchases and has a special offer:
- If a band was purchased with a BOGO sale (Buy One Get One): both bands (normal + free) will have to be returned. If the free band is not returned, the value of this "free" band will be deducted from the refund (based on the public price on our website at the time the refund is processed).
- If a band is purchased with an offer "Buy at least $xx and get a free band" or "Buy at least $X and get Y% off another band": we will look at the new total amount of the purchase. If the new purchase value does not qualify for the offer, we may deduct from the refund the value of the special offer you got (value of the free band, or value of the discount). In case of a Free band, the value of the free band may not be deducted if this "free" band is returned with the other one.
- If a product is purchased during an Upsell offer "You've unlocked this special offer", you can return your main order and keep the band you purchased as an upsell. However, you wouldn't be eligible anymore for the offer and the value of the discount would be deducted from the refund.
- If a product is in the "Clearance" collection, or has the name "Clearance", the band is then NOT eligible for a refund or an exchange. The finale sale price CANNOT be combined with any other offer available.

Or way easier (if you want to change the color or the size of a band), return us the band and we'll make arrangements to send you the band you want.
* Costs associated with returning the package to our facility will be handled by the customer. We recommend you ship your package back with a tracking information, as exchanges cannot be processed if items are lost in transit.
* Please be aware that you will be issued store credit in the form of an electronic gift card of the same value as the price originally paid for the product. If a discount coupon was applied to the original order, store credit will reflect that discounted price. If a product was purchased on sale, store credit will reflect that sale price. If a product has a different (higher or lower) price now, store credit will reflect the price originally paid (and not the current price). Shipping and handling costs will not be credited.
* Once the return ticket has been issued, you have one week to send it to us, as it is automatically canceled after this period of time. Packages received after a return ticket is canceled, will not be refunded.
* We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if one has already been done on the same order.
All refunds & exchanges start by first submitting a request for product return.
Our Customer Service will either approve your request or email you follow-up questions (especially if you did not provide enough information in your original request submission). Once the request is approved, you will receive an email with your return number and instructions on how to send the product back. Please DO NOT send your product without your Return Number. Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item along with the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange. If you are approved, your refund/exchange will be processed. Depending on your bank, refunds can take up to 10 business days to process.
Don't forget to insert your Return Number on a paper (or email printed) so we can process the package.

Did you receive a damaged product? Don't worry, we will replace any products that are defective or damaged up to 30 days after purchasing. Simply attach a photo or video of the problem to our customer service and we'll advise you on what to do next.
Our refund/exchange policy only extends to watch bands. Accessories, such as adapters, links, tools, and other after-market items, are not returnable. Shipping fees are also NOT refundable.
